The Indianapolis shop opened in 2023 under the leadership of Carmela Toler and Cindy Carter, who have dedicated their life’s work to helping individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities live full and meaningful lives. Recognizing the need for inclusive, gainful employment opportunities, they created a space that provides job training, supportive work experiences, and the opportunity for individuals to thrive as engaged, valued members of the community.
